Community Steps

Community Steps provides a wide range of services to help students achieve their individual goals for life after high school. The program offers complete support to help students prepare for college, build careers, live independently, and actively participate in their local communities.
Key features of the program include:

Tailored Support: Staff help students set and reach personal goals for post-secondary education, job training, independent living, and community involvement.

Strong Community Partnerships: The program works directly with local community colleges, nearby businesses, and area organizations to create real-world learning opportunities.

Proven Graduate Success: Alumni have gone on to earn four-year college degrees, secure paid jobs, and participate in ongoing community day programs.
